- All fees must be paid prior to the release of records.
- Requests for police reports may take up to ten (10) business days to process.
- There’s no charge for victims of domestic violence.
- Fees for police reports may be waived or reduced in accordance with Utah Code 63G-2-203(3).
Delivery Options:
- Most police records can be delivered electronically via email.
- For large files, USB drives, discs, or secure links may be used depending on the file size and content sensitivity.
